Tuesday 29th 

  • Training Night: Meet at Buckley Sports Centre 7 pm for 7:15 pm start
    • Intervals Group 1&2: Bollards, 6 x 1km (Run Leader: Chris Callaghan & Les Coathup)
    • Improvers: Golf Course Run, 5.3 miles, varying paces to suit (Run Leader: Jason Dwan)
  • 1k to 5k and beyond group: All Welcome
  • Fell Race: Joe Brown Midweek Series – Y Garn, 7:15pm start, meet at Rhydd Ddu railway car park

Wednesday 30th

  • Midweek Trail Run: To Be Confirmed – Please see Facebook for updates
  • Offroad Race: Wirral Seaside Run – 5k, 7:00pm start, meet at Leasowe Lighthouse

Thursday 31st

  • Training Night: Meet at Buckley Sports Centre 7pm for 7:15pm start
    • Efforts: 2x2m efforts form the Bollards or Tempo Run (Run Leaders: Eric Campbell \ Chris Callaghan)
    • Improvers: Meet at Wepre Park, 1 Lap warm up & timed (Run Leader: Jason Dwan)

Friday 1st

  • Presentation Evening

Saturday 2nd

  • Wepre parkrun: 9 am at Wepre Park
  • 5k Handicap Session: 10:45am for an 11am Start at the Bollards

Sunday 3rd

  • XC Training: Northop Cross Country Route, 2 x Laps (5.2m total), meet at Northop College at 9:45am
  • Castles Training: Kinnerton Route 9m or 10m, 8:45am for a 9:00am start, meet Tinkersdale Car Park (Run Leader: Eddie Davies)
  • Improvers: Long Run: 6:15am, meet at Ewloe Car Auctions, Distance vary between 8 to 11 miles (Contact Jason Dwan)
