Tuesday 25th

- Intervals Group 2: The Bollards, 6 x 1km- (Run Leader: Eric Campbell)
- Intermediates: Sychdyn Route- (Run Leader: Stu Jones) 7.30 to 9 Min per Mile
- Improvers: Wepre Park – Wepre (RL Jo W, TR Ann) – meet at Wepre car park for 7pm- 9 to12 Min per Mile
- Couch to 5k: Induction and 9th session- (Course Leader; Christine Curd) 7:00pm meet outside Medical Centre
Wednesday 26th
- Race: Wirral Seaside Run Series – Race 2 Near Leasowe Lighthouse, Moreton 7pm
Thursday 27th

- Lead Group: Wepre Park Run 9 miles with fartlek efforts- (Run Leader: Eric Campbell)
- Intermediates: Liverpool Road Route- (Run Leader: Stu Jones) 7.30 to 9 Min per Mile
- Improvers: Golf Course Route (Run Leader: Andrew Barnard) 9 to 12 Min per Mile
- 5k on Buckley Common earlier start time 18:15 (Run Leader: Les Coathrup)
- Couch to 5k: 10th session- (Course Leader; Dave Wootton) 7:00pm meet outside Medical Centre
Saturday 29th
- Training: 5K from The Tavern, Meet at The Bollards. -10.45 meet (Run Leader: Les Coathup)
- Race: Holyhead Mountain race Holyhead Breakwater Country Park LL65 1YG 12pm
Sunday 30th
- Training: Tinkersdale 9 or 6 Mile- 8.45am for 9am Start (Run Leader: Eddie Davies)
- Training: Cross Country, Northop College of Horticulture 10am (Alun Smith and Les Coathup)
- Race: Southport Half Marathon Victoria Park, Southport, PR8 2BZ 9am
- Race: Tilston 10K Tilston Playing Fields, Tilston, Cheshire, United Kingdom 9:30 am
