Saturday 6th
- Training: 5K from The Tavern, Meet at The Bollards. -10.45 meet (Run Leader: Les Coathup)
- Race: Moel Siabod Show Field, adjacent to Moel Siabod Café, Capel Curig (GR SH 728577) 2pm
Sunday 7th
- Training: Tinkersdale 9 or 6 Mile- 8.45am for 9am Start (Run Leader: Eddie Davies)
- Race: Alderley Edge Bypass 10K Melrose Way, Alderley Edge SK9 9:30am
- Race: Fairy Freckled Cow Llyn Alwen Resevoir 11:30am
- Race: Arenig Fawr Arenig Quarry 1pm
