I promised some feedback – here it is. Draft minutes are attached if you want more info.<\/p>\n

Chairman’s report<\/strong><\/p>\n

It has been a good year;<\/p>\n

1)<\/strong> We have had a\u00a0steady influx of new runners<\/p>\n

2)<\/strong> Especially good to see the \u201cImprover\u2019s Group\u201d<\/p>\n

3)<\/strong>\u00a0The performance of the Ladies Team has been fantastic, rounded off nicely with a Welsh silver medal in the cross country<\/p>\n

4)<\/strong> The men were promoted to Division 1 in CC League and<\/p>\n

5)<\/strong> Two excellent handicap events in July and January<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Points from the meetings<\/strong><\/p>\n

1) <\/strong>We have established roles of two captains, one each for ladies and men.<\/p>\n

2) Subs for 2015\/16<\/strong> will remain unchanged (\u00a310 per member, \u00a35 for concessions) and WA fees will remain at \u00a315<\/p>\n

3) Kit.\u00a0<\/strong>We have just bought a new supply of vest. There is demand for tops and long-sleeved vest<\/p>\n

4) The new website<\/strong>. (http:\/\/www.buckleyrunners.org.uk\/\/<\/a>) is under construction. Not much to see at the moment but it is live.<\/p>\n

5) Club events <\/strong>we are planning a couple of club events for the summer; a running\/social event and a 2-Stage Summer handicap race<\/p>\n

6)\u00a0Presentation Night<\/strong>. We are planning a more formal presentation night probably consisting of a meal in a hotel\/pub\/restaurant on a Friday<\/p>\n
