Note: Training Nights activities are ‘as intended’ at time of publishing, they can be prone to changing on the evening

Tuesday 18th 

  • Training Night: Meet @ Buckley Sports Centre 7pm for 7:15pm start
    • Intervals Group 1: Green Lane 6 x 1km (Run Leader: Eric Campbell, Chris Callaghan)
    • Intervals Group 2: Bollards, 6 x 1km (Run Leader: Les Coathup)
    • Middle Group: 5 or 6 mile run, Sychdyn (Run Leader: Dave Wootton)
    • Improvers Group:  Heritage Trail 4.5m (Run Leader: Rob Mackey) and Dobshill 5.5 m (Run Leader: Jason Dwan)

Thursday 20th

  • Training Night: Meet @ Buckley Sports Centre 7pm for 7:15pm start
    • Efforts: 5m Tempo or Wepre 9m +Efforts (Run Leader: Eric Campbell, Chris Callaghan)
    • Improvers: Sychdyn 4.5m or 5.5m (Run Leaders: Rob Mackey & Jason Dwan)

Saturday 22nd

  • 5k Handicap Session: 10:45am for an 11am Start at the Bollards (Please check Facebook for updates)
  • Wepre parkrun: 9am at Wepre Park
  • Fell Race: Gyrn Gallop, 1pm at Rhiwlas

Sunday 23rd
